Our Story

We have been friends for over forty years, and we will be honest with you: we did not set out to be developers. We set out to build a place we would want to spend time in ourselves — and that is exactly what Pelican Beach Club is.

John came to the Turks and Caicos because of the water. Tim came because of John, and then because of a few quiet days on a beach in Middle Caicos that he has never quite gotten over. Between us we bring an engineering mind, a builder’s hands, and a combined lifetime of experience in these islands. What we do not bring is any interest in doing this at scale. This is our one project. We are not here to build a portfolio – we are here to build a place.

We have tried to keep the concept simple: a small seaside village, thoughtfully constructed, in one of the last truly unspoiled corners of the Caribbean. No grand lobby. No swim-up bar. Just spectacular beach, clean water, warm people, and enough peace and quiet to remember what that feels like.

We both intend to own a unit here. Our families have already invested their time and their hands in the property. When we invite you to participate in Phase 2, we are not pitching a product – we are inviting you into something we genuinely care about, and asking you to share in it.
