Most guests fly into Providenciales International Airport (PLS). From there, you can take a taxi (readily available outside the airport), arrange for a private driver in advance, or book a one-way car rental. The drive to the ferry dock takes 20-40 minutes, depending upon the time of day. The ferry ride (passengers only – not cars) is a beautiful, scenic 30 minute ride. We highly recommend booking your ferry tickets in advance. Once you arrive at the Bellefield Landing ferry terminal on North Caicos, it’s a short drive to the property in Whitby.
Yes, we offer complimentary, self-parking right on the property for all of our guests.
If you have time before you get to the ferry, you may wish to stop at Graceway IGA on Leeward Highway for some groceries. Although there are a few small grocery stores on North Caicos, your selection of meats and cheeses will be minimal. Best to stock up on fresh items in Provo before you head over.Graceway IGA is about 10 minutes from the airport, on your RH side. . They offer a good selection of specialty items like gluten free and vegetarian/vegan, and have a large deli and produce section. Beer is much cheaper on Provo – and the local beer is much cheaper than anything imported. And.. it is VERY good!

There is a small local grocery store located just a 5-minute walk (or very quick drive) from the property for essential provisions. For a wider selection, many guests choose to stock up on major groceries in Providenciales before taking the ferry, or they visit the larger local markets on North Caicos upon arrival.
North Caicos is a paradise built for eco-exploration, slow-paced ease, and authentic Caribbean living. The defining feature of staying here is that the island is physically connected to neighboring Middle Caicos by a scenic, drivable causeway. This unique geographical bridge allows you to effortlessly hop into your rental car and explore two untouched islands in a single afternoon, completely free of secondary ferries or logistical bottlenecks.
On North Caicos itself—known as the “Garden Island”—your days can be as active or as peaceful as you choose. You can walk ten steps from your door to swim in the crystal-clear, reef-protected waters of Pelican Beach, snorkel among the vibrant marine life at Three Marys Cays, or look out over hundreds of wild pink flamingos at the protected Flamingo Pond Overlook. For a touch of local history, you can wander through the lush, shaded stone ruins of Wade’s Green Plantation, a beautifully preserved 18th-century loyalist estate.
When you cross the causeway into Middle Caicos, the landscape shifts into a dramatic, wild frontier. Here, you can stand atop the soaring limestone cliffs of Mudjin Harbor to watch the Atlantic swells crash against the coast, hike down into a hidden sea cave, or tour the massive subterranean chambers of the ancient Conch Bar Caves. Whether you are wading across the shallow sandbars of Bambarra Beach or enjoying a fresh-caught snapper at a local spot down the shore, the twin islands offer a rare escape where you can completely unplug from the modern world.
